How Can You Join?
To join we need a completed application. Applications can be obtained from any member of the fire
department. Applications are reviewed at the next business meeting and voted on the following meeting.

Who Can Join?
We invite anybody living in the Phillips area above the age of 18 to apply for membership. Applicants should be
in good physical condition, be available for the majority of emergency calls, and be of good character.
Benefits of Joining
There are several benefits to becoming a member of our department. Members of the Phillips Volunteer Fire Department
become part of a larger brotherhood of firefighters and EMS personnel. Members gain the respect of the community and
get the personal satisfaction of helping others in need.
